  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting or business administration. 
  • Minimum of two years of progressively responsible administrative experience in the business office functional area.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizing, conceptualizing, and prioritizing objectives and managing a high volume workflow office. 
  • Proficiency with use of e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software and use of the Internet.
  • Overlook company finances
  • Manage financials
  • Be a part of the recruitment process & handle basic activities related to HR
  • Implement strategies to make optimum use of human resources
  • Work closely with financial heads & HR heads
