  • Clear email communication & having everything communicated via email to clients, internal teams, stakeholders or business executives
  • Ensure timely & successful delivery of all promised services according to the client requirements
  • Have a clear picture of how the final product is going to be & communicate the same to the client
  • Prepare presentations to explain how our solutions work.
  • Communicate project progress to clients & top management to ensure that project milestones are achieved on a timely manner
  • Keep up to date with new technologies & find out ways of applying them to client requirements
  • Responsible for keeping existing clients satisfied & delivering exceptional services on a day to day basis
  • Responsible for working with Sales teams to onboard and acquire new customers
  • Handle business leads and make sure they turn into potential projects
